A non-refundable deposit is now required at the time of booking for all full sets, new client fills, and specialty add ons. Deposits will be held and used towards the cost of your service. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are transferable once (if rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance) for up to one month (30 days) of the original appointment. All other services require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. LATE: If you are running late please notify me ASAP. Any clients over 15 minutes late without contact will be considered a no-show and may be charged accordingly. NO-SHOWS: All no-shows automatically forfeit any deposit made. Appointments without a deposit will be charged 50% of the service total to the card on file. CANCELLATIONS: I ask for a 12 hour notice when cancelling any appointment. All appointments cancelled within 12 hours forfeit any deposits made. Appointments cancelled in a timely manner may be rescheduled and transfer deposit. In the event that a previously rescheduled appointment is cancelled, the canceled appointment will be subject to a 50% fee. Appointments without a deposit will be charged a 25% late cancellation fee to the card on file. PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason your card is unable to be charged at the time of a cancellation or no-show, a rebooking fee of the cancellation/no-show amount will be charged at the time of future booking.
